3. Services and Estimates

The Ground Floor provides surface restoration, cleaning, polishing, sealing, and repair services throughout Southern California. Any estimate or quote provided through our website or by phone is non-binding until a formal written agreement is executed between you and The Ground Floor.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary by location within our service area, which includes Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley, Ventura County, San Diego County, the Inland Empire, and Palm Springs.

Results from restoration services may vary depending on the condition, age, and type of surface being treated. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes beyond what is agreed upon in a written service agreement.

We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
